The main material is SUS304 sanitary stainless steel;
Effective volume：120L, full volume：150L;
The top of tank is made of stainless-steel dished head, the bottom of tank is 60 degree tapered, so as to discharge yeast easily with 100% TIG welding; cleaning and polishing;
Design pressure：0.2MPa, test pressure：0.4MPa;
4 x heavy-duty stainless-steel scaffold or Shifting caster;
Thickness of Tank: range from 2mm to 3mm, single shell;
Internal and external surfaces is clean and polished, and Internal surface roughness is 0.4um;
According to the specification of tank type, the corresponding specification and model of sanitary clamp joints would be equipped;
Equipped with vacuum valve / pressure relief valve, pressure gauge, temperature gauge, sampling valve, top maintenance manhole, all-round equipment cleaning CIP nozzle with 360 degree;
Inlet and outlet feeder port with valves and accessories;
Equipped with thermal resistance sensor interface;
The description of the above system is brief, the final products shall be subject to the manufacturing technical drawings confirmed by both parties.
