  • Technical Description of Fermentation tank:
The main material is SUS304 sanitary stainless steel;
Effective volume: 1BBL, Full volume: 1.3BBL;
The bottom is 60 degree tapered so as to discharge yeast easily; 100% TIG welding; cleaning and polishing;
Design Pressure: 0.2MPa Test Pressure: 0.4MPa;
4 x heavy-duty stainless-steel scaffold with adjustable height and horizontal support;
Thickness of Tank: 3mm for interior shell;
Heat Insulation: Polyurethane Foaming Insulation, with the thickness ranges from 80mm to 100mm;
Thickness of out cladding: 2mm;

According to the specification of tank types, the corresponding specification and model of sanitary clamp joint would be equipped;
